Eagle Bend West Community Association, Inc.

Eagle Bend West Community Association, Inc. serves a delightful part of the Harbor Village community along the Flathead River just outside Bigfork, Montana.

Members of the Association are the owners of 58 properties that make up the Eagle Bend West Subdivision, a neighborhood of single-family custom homes with lots still available.

With a name appropriate for the stretch of Flathead River shore along which bald eagles, osprey and other remarkable birds can be viewed daily, the neighborhood features beautiful entrance, pond, water feature, and walking and bike trail common areas within its part of Harbor Village. These areas are maintained, insured and managed by the Association.

Harbor Village also includes a number of other neighborhood organizations, and Eagle Bend West Community Association, Inc., works with them to ensure access by all residents to, and smooth operation and maintenance of, high-quality and attractive amenities that include a community pavilion. Eagle Bend Golf Course is adjacent to the community, as is the premier Eagle Bend Yacht Harbor that residents may join.

The neighborhood is governed by Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (CC&Rs) that are administered by Eagle Bend West Community Association, Inc.
